This family-owned estate in the Aube region, founded in 1847, offers a comprehensive and consistent range of champagnes. The vineyard consists of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and the very rare Pinot Blanc, spread across 25 hectares on the south- and southwest-facing slopes of the natural amphitheater surrounding the village of Baroville. Cellar master and winemaker, Julien Fourrier, Philippe’s son, crafts both blended and single-varietal cuvées, selects the plots, seeks harmony through the use of reserve wines and dosages, and distinguishes vintage years, resulting in wines with delicate effervescence.
