The estate was founded in the 1970s by Philippe’s parents (Domaine Yves Lancelot Wanner). Having switched to biodynamic practices in 2012, followed by organic certification in 2014 and then biodynamic certification (Demeter and Biodyvin) in 2015, this purist winemaker is committed to bringing out the unique character of each cuvée. The vineyards, planted across 4 hectares, are located in the most beautiful villages: Cramant, Avize, Chouilly, Oiry, Épernay, and Aÿ. The harvested grapes are at optimal ripeness, requiring virtually no dosage, and, since 2015, winemaking has been done without sulfur.
