Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
As both a grower and winemaker, Christine carries on the family tradition in Vincelles, where she crafts champagnes with respect for living organisms. Across the estate’s 8 hectares—primarily planted with Meunier—farming practices have gradually evolved: no insecticides since 1995, no herbicides since 2014, minimal sulfites, and locally sourced yeasts. The vineyard, situated on clay-limestone soils, has been certified organic since 2023. A former school now welcomes visitors to discover the wines, enjoy a beautiful view of the Marne Valley, and take part in a wide range of wine tourism activities.
