This 2006 is perfection made wine, and one of Champagne's most emblematic cuvées. The nose is lulled by white flowers, bergamot oil and citron, but also by a savory aroma of orchard fruits. In a word: complexity. On the palate, the touch is delicate, the precision of the bubbles superb and the persistence brioche-like. Pair with roasted langoustines and seasonal green asparagus.
