This cuvée without added sugar is composed of a majority of Pinot Noir and 26% of Chardonnay mainly from 2014 and completed with reserve wines. The whole impression is very ripe; it is not affected by the lack of dosage as it gives room for the terroir to express. This reasonably priced Grand Cru would match well with langoustines with mayonnaise and paprika.

Champagne Serge Pierlot has been a family business in Ambonnay since the 1930s. Cooperative members (RC), Agnès and her daughters Marie and Lucie are the third and fourth generations to transmit their traditional know-how of champagne and ensure the continuation of the domain.
