This Meunier d'Antan comes from 55-year-old vines. On the nose, the aromas of fresh grapes are invigorating and promising. On the palate, the nice attack offers tangy notes evoking granny apples. The minerality is particularly mouth-watering and the pleasant salinity in finish will come as a good surprise. This champagne would match well with salmon in a salt crust.

Serveaux Fils

The estate was created in the fifties by Georges Serveaux who owned just under a hectare of vines planted in Pinot Meunier. Then, together with his son Pascal, Georges bought land and planted vines for more than 40 years. The grandchildren took over the estate between 2000 and 2010. Today they offer champagnes coming from 15 hectares planted with Pinot Meunier (60%), Chardonnay (22%) and Pinot Noir (18%).
