The nose, a blend of rice powder, strawberry and tangerine, announces a beautiful complexity. This wine is distinguished by a velvety mouthfeel, with lovely tension carried by aromas of lemon, clementine, raspberry and crushed strawberry. Sourdet-Diot

In 1962, Raymond Sourdet and his wife planted a few vines at La Chapelle-Monthodon, between Épernay and Château-Thierry. They sold all their grapes to champagne houses. In 1975, their son Patrick and his wife Nadine Diot decided to bottle their own production and created the Sourdet-Diot champagne house. Ludivine Sourdet, from the third generation, joined the domaine in 2008. Gradually, new equipment is installed to improve quality. Some cuvées are matured in foudres and oak barrels. The 8.6-hectare estate was awarded HVE3 certification in 2020.
