Golden in color, with light copper highlights and numerous, rapid bubbles, this cuvée presents aromas of gentian and toasted sesame, combined with hints of smoke, acacia and fresh butter. The beautiful volume on the palate is marked by notes of chalk and fresh grapes, with lovely bitterness and length. Try it with a 5A andouillette pulled on a string, accompanied by a light old-fashioned mustard and fresh grape sauce.

Vincent Charlot
Vincent Charlot no longer sees himself as a manipulative winegrower, but as a "craftsman of the earth, an elaborator of spirituality and an exaltation of sensations". His estate is located in Mardeuil, near Épernay. He treats his vines biodynamically, using fermented plant extracts and infusions, while respecting the lunar calendar. Vinification and ageing are carried out in vats, barrels or amphorae, depending on the wine. The result: wines with strong personalities. One of the region's most gifted winemakers, his wines are authentic and profound. An estate that leaves no one indifferent.
