Pure Chardonnay from the "Montrachet of Champagne", vinified without sulphur, which turns out to be fantastic. The nose is original, but already so chalky. The palate is masterfully balanced, and the bubbles carry this breed of juice like a vehicle. It's so tasty and incredibly youthful! The finish is cleanly taut and super chalky. One dreams of lobster on the grill.

Vincent Couche
Vincent Couche cultivates his 15 hectares in the heart of the Côte des Bar. Constantly attentive to nature, he carefully studies the needs of his vines, and since 2008 has been infusing them with energy and well-being through biodynamic treatments. His vines in Buxeuil (12 ha) are mainly pinot noir, while those in Montgueux (3 ha) are exclusively chardonnay. A passionate perfectionist, Vincent works tirelessly on the microbiological development of his soils. Replanting of fruit trees and the presence of sheep and chickens. Remarkable wines.
