A nose that takes us back to a market day in Normandy, by the sea. Floral, vegetal, mentholated notes and that famous sea spray that makes you travel. The palate is fine, straightforward and mineral. The bubbles are fairly discreet and the whole is light, while the finish is reminiscent of lime blossom. An easy-drinking champagne.

Waris-Hubert
Olivier and Stéphanie Waris, the fourth generation of Avize winemakers, have been at the helm of their champagne house since 1997. The 18-hectare vineyard covers the Grand Cru villages of Avize, Oger, Cramant, Chouilly and Aÿ, as well as the Premier Cru communes of Grauves and Bisseuil, and other terroirs such as Barbonne-Fayel and Marfaux. The range is designed by terroir, offering a wide range of different expressions, which is very interesting. Also of note is a no-sulfur-added cuvée from the Grauves terroir and organic farming certification since 2023. Independent, the family vinifies only its own grapes.
