Maison Wilfrid Florent, located on Mont de Berru, 7 km from Reims, is a family business founded in the 1960s by Claude Florent. Passed on to his son Wilfrid in 1985, and then to the third generation, Lucie Florent, the house has been growing exclusively certified organic Chardonnay since 2019. This chalky terroir of almost 5 ha produces fresh, elegant, mineral Blancs de Blancs champagnes. True to its values of quality, authenticity and innovation, the house perpetuates a winegrowing tradition that respects nature, the soil and the vines.
