A floral nose of jasmine, rose and peony, as well as yellow fruit, and suddenly a hint of fresh ginger titillates the nostrils. On the palate, we quickly detect root notes, it's straight, taut, with a hell of a salinity. The texture is light, even fluid, and the bubbles are present but delicate. The style is pure and invigorating. Despite the sensation of ripe grapes and juicy white fruit, there's a minerality that sharpens the taste buds throughout. A champagne that awakens the senses!

With around 6 hectares (mainly Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier), spread over nine communes, including three Premier Cru vineyards, Yann and Séverine Alexandre have marked their independence by opting for parcel-based vinification, in order to preserve the characteristics of each terroir and grape variety. In the vineyard, soil tillage and grassing are part of the specifications, with the rejection of all herbicides and the maintenance of a vegetation cover on the 27 plots. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in oak barrels, without malolactic fermentation. They use a minimum of inputs, both in the vineyard and in the wines. In addition to these three grape varieties, the winemakers also vinify arbane and petit meslier.
