Cheese dairy A tradition of quality: Poilâne bread and shortbread to accompany a masterfully curated selection of cheeses. For example, a remarkable selection of blue and herb-infused cheeses, including the rare Bleu de Laqueuille, Fourme de Montbrison, Shropshire, and Bleu des Causses… All French cheese-producing regions are well represented, from Curé Nantais to Meursault, including Brie de Melun, and of course all the goat cheeses and mountain cheeses.
