Gault&Millau's review

Bakery Pink on the outside, blue on the inside... bold colors to embody a modernized approach to the craft. Laure and Loïc are both committed in life and in their profession to promoting well-crafted craftsmanship. Each appreciates the contact with the customer, which allows a fair return on the work tasted. A good example is the leek flamiche (puff pastry with bacon and béchamel sauce) or the navettes (brioche rolls filled with potatoes, ham and endive), alongside the bakery classics.
