In the heart of the Auvergne, Vincent Roudaire brews beers with all organic ingredients. He also uses Auvergne waters of exceptional quality to produce very pure beers. With no additives of any kind, each brew produces a product with a unique taste. Amber is made with caramel and chocolate malts. It is round on the palate, with aromas of exotic fruits. Blonde is smooth, fruity and low in bitterness. Finally, the brown, with no bitterness, offers notes of coffee and chocolate with aromas of tangerine and mango. No longer available to the public.
