A husband-and-wife team, with around sixty Alpine chamois goats on their farm, take the time to live life to the full, grazing from April to November and enjoying organic hay in winter. The milk is naturally processed on site to produce tasty cheeses: tomme de Méaudret, pyramides cendrées, crottins frais, affinés, secs, soft cheeses...
