Epicurean and passionate about the effects of food on our health, Bastien Crampon makes it a point of honor to offer simple products from the Breton terroir. Close to the Concarneau fish market and port area, he and Virginie excel in their catering proposals: quiche, sandwich, pizza, Nordic bread, salad, dish of the day (rougail saucisse, galette bretonne, paella, couscous, blanquette de veau...) which can be taken away or tasted in the dedicated dining room. The baker-patissier also magnifies a traditional baguette made with low-gluten Breton wheat, and special sourdough breads such as plain rye with raisins and lemon, or campagne with hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts or figs. For sweet treats, you'll find homemade viennoiseries including the famous caramel beurre salé roll, far breton or the magnificent kouign-amann. Éclairs, tarts, crumbles and verrines also feature prominently on the shelves. Healthy, fresh, tasty creations that are easy to eat and digest: happiness is in the Breton wheat!
