Chocolate factory
Handcrafted expertise, gourmet good taste and a love of good products: these are the guiding principles behind Sarah and Thomas, a duo in town as in life. In May 2025, these two experienced pastry chefs and chocolatiers, both of whom had worked in some of the finest establishments in France, took over this family-run business founded in 1902, with a clear objective: to cultivate in-house expertise and delight the taste buds of gourmets in their two boutiques, in Embrun and Gap. Here, everything is homemade, using carefully selected products. On the chocolate side, these two enthusiasts work according to the "Bean to Bar" model, juggling flavors and offering quality chocolate in all its forms: tablets, ballotins, "breakable" chocolates... The pastry side is not left out: great classics, like the unmissable chocolate éclair or vanilla flan, delicate revisits like this mille-feuille with salted butter caramel, Madagascar vanilla and a touch of chantilly, pastries on weekends (both stores are open on Saturdays and only in Embrun on Sunday mornings). The patisserie also makes pièces montées, wedding cakes and mignardises for your events.
