Created 30 years ago, this family-run farm has gone from growing cereals to vegetables over the years, with sweet corn, green beans and carrots. In 2015, the first asparagus was planted in the black sands of the Temple... And farm sales began! Restaurateurs, greengrocers and discerning private customers have been flocking here ever since for the quality of these white and green asparagus, with the assurance of consuming a product from field to plate, produced using sustainable farming practices throughout the farm. In 2022, the farm will launch the cultivation and sale of its second flagship product: the sweet yellow kiwi! And to enjoy the benefits of these natural wonders all year round, the farm also offers products processed on site: "croquante" (small asparagus pickles in jars), white and green asparagus veloutés, kiwi jams and kiwi-based smoothies. And there's even more good news: the chore of peeling asparagus is a thing of the past, thanks to an on-site automatic peeler that works quickly and precisely! Enjoy!
