Delicatessen
Olivier Blondel, with the help of his wife Sophie, took over his grandparents' farm from his parents to become an "éleveur-charcutier à la ferme". With his solid training, he set up his own processing laboratory for his pigs, which are fed exclusively on his guaranteed GMO-free cereals (including 50% wheat, and even whey!). Traceability, freshness and taste take pride of place, whether for rillettes, hams and other salted or smoked cochonnailles, also cooked, or, of course, meat by the slice. Open Fridays and Saturdays, 9am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 6:30pm (5pm on Saturdays).
