Bakery
Jérôme Bruet's company has grown from its bakery in Sacquenay to include two outlets in Dijon and several others in the region. The company's philosophy is certainly reflected in its splendid country-style breads, baked with wheat from the Sacquenay area, using ancient organically grown cereals and sourdough. There are also some twenty special breads, with spelt, walnuts or linseed. The company also makes lecithin-free organic chocolate, in bars or sachets.
