Gault&Millau's review

Pastry Iris Rouche, Germain Decreton, and Rayane Rebouh met at the restaurant Le Pré Catelan in Paris. Germain went on to become pastry chef at Jules Verne, at the Eiffel Tower, with Iris as his right-hand woman, before moving to Lille to open Neja in October 2024. A very elegant shop featuring creations that are just as elegant. Among the must-tries is the “Louise de Bettignies” (crunchy cacao nibs, gluten-free chocolate biscuit, cacao nib praline, light chocolate mousse, and mucilage gel). Be sure to try—either in-store or to-go—the vanilla flan, the hazelnut flan, and the rhubarb pavlova. Brunch is served on Sundays.
