The Luz location of the Basque Country’s most famous pastry chef. We’ll inevitably start by trying the Basque cake, plain or in one of its many variations, then move on to the “petits Pariès,” chocolate shortbread, and of course we’ll be tempted by the Mouchous (registered trademark), hazelnut, chocolate, pistachio, almond, coffee… On your way out, grab a slice of flan and a few chocolates…
