It's in the ramparts, on the charming Place Maurice-Charretier, that this master roaster has set up shop. Philippe Reina-Jaume receives his green coffee and roasts it slowly at 200°, until his expert senses tell him that the beans are ready to give their best. You'll then be able to discover grands crus, as well as in-house blends, including the Royal blend of Arabicas from Central and South America and Ethiopia. The staff at Cafés d'Antan will be happy to grind the coffee of your choice, depending on the machine you have at home.
