Sandrine Chappaz works in an artisanal way, inspired by nature's bounty of flowers, herbs, spices, fruits and even mushrooms. No artificial flavors or preservatives, just beautifully balanced, delicate compositions of flavors. Numerous specialties with green Chartreuse liqueur, fruit jellies to enjoy with cheese, organic Corsican clementines and homemade candied organic oranges, a wide choice of ganache and praline chocolates, soft marshmallows... Ephemeral collections available only at certain times of the year, such as the "Herbacée" collection in summer.
