Prestige Hotel
What we love about the Château de Courcelles is the way it embodies French charm in all its splendor. Set in the heart of a 25-hectare park, this 17th-century estate cultivates the art of hospitality without ostentation, amid antique wood paneling, patterned tapestries, and four-poster beds. Each of the 20 rooms and suites is unique, designed as an aristocratic retreat where guests feel more like guests than customers. The salons, adorned with grisaille frescoes, feature original “Versailles Grand Salon”-style parquet flooring saved from the war, while the cellar houses a selection of prestigious Champagnes, with a special focus on independent winemakers. At La Table de Courcelles, Chef Massimiliano Sena offers refined cuisine where history—Voltaire, Rousseau, and Cocteau all left their mark here—blends with hospitality that has been recognized by Relais & Châteaux since 1992.
