The area is very touristy, but Ghjulia has managed to preserve a blue-sky corner of authenticity, quality charcuterie, traditional dishes made with heart, knowledge and respect, by not offering brocciu in summer, for example. The fritters are very well done (bianchetti in winter, zucchini in summer), as are the veal with olives or beans with veal sausage. Good choice of desserts, friendly and sincere service and welcome.
