A village inn, serious about its guests' well-being. No storms over Mittelhausen, no nasty surprises in this family-run hotel, where everyone plays their part conscientiously and efficiently. The menu confirms this impression, with presskopf vinaigrette, pan-fried Kochberg snails with oyster mushrooms and garlic cream, pot-au-feu or pork shank with Picon, as well as seasonal suggestions such as pheasant and morel pâté en croûte, dandelion with bacon or foie gras cannelloni.
