Remarkable Restaurant
Shawn Joyeux and Toshitaka Omiya form a perfectly honed duo. Joyeux energizes the dining room with his expertise, guides guests through an exquisite wine list, conveys the chef’s vision, and offers insightful commentary on the creations of Omiya, a true master of textures, cooking techniques, and flavor pairings. It’s been ten years already, and we still delight just as much in the cuisine of a chef trained, among others, at Robuchon and Passard. It’s a shame that the set menus—priced at 130, 175, and 245 €, featuring four, five, or seven courses—are hidden, leaving customers with no choice.
