It’s a moment of pure delight celebrating Italian identity, showcased in a €160 menu featuring spider crab with burrata, guanciale, Piedmont hazelnuts, and jalapeño; gnocchi à la marinière with saffron-infused butter, ‘nduja oil, mussels in vin jaune, barbecued bluefin tuna with red currants, hot peppers, and smoked eel, and a coffee parfait with Amarelli licorice ice cream and candied morello cherries.
