Remarkable Restaurant
From the hillside, the view of the lake and the Savoyard landscape is superb. This is the domain of Alain Périllat-Mercerot, a creative chef inspired by the region’s flora and the vibrant life of the lake. Together with his wife, Delphine, he is marking his first quarter-century at Le Bourget, with his passion as strong as ever. There are so many surprises in this unique experience—through the two secret set menus priced at €125 and €150, plus a €75 lunch special—that over time it has become one of the restaurant’s hallmarks in this lovely contemporary setting.
