On the menu are authentic dishes such as a full Welsh rarebit with aged cheddar, fish and chips made with batter featuring beer from the Nord region, a burger, potjevleesh, a terrine made with three meats (veal, chicken, and pork) in jelly topped with fries, and more contemporary creations that the chef takes pleasure in concocting. Julien Boin, drawing on his past experience working with leading names in French gastronomy, will delight your taste buds with beautifully reimagined seasonal dishes; a new menu will surprise you every week.
