On the banks of a vast pond, a bucolic inn surrounded by birds, perfect for a weekend in the countryside—with the option of staying in a treehouse. In the kitchen, Anthony Detemmermann crafts a €26 lunch menu featuring escabèche-style mussels on a bed of egg cream and shallot vinaigrette, followed by lightly grilled Atlantic sea bass served with buckwheat and carrot purée. Homemade cherry or basil sorbets round out this chic bistro-style meal in a tasteful and refined setting. You can also opt for a €39 tasting menu, where Parné-sur-Roc trout is served as a tartare with horseradish cream and radishes, followed by a duck fillet with a sweet-and-sour cherry sauce.
