Gault&Millau's review 2026

This is the new hot spot north of Poligny, where people sometimes travel from far away to enjoy the great atmosphere. This lively inn is run by Zoé Boinet, offering lodging and meals, with a market-driven menu that’s constantly evolving based on daily deliveries and the seasons. The menu is solid, and the execution is top-notch: black mullet with bottarga and fennel; roast poultry with new potatoes and whey sauce; and rice pudding with strawberries and almonds. The service is very friendly.
