Description

As soon as you arrive, Manon, a passionate entrepreneur, shares her enthusiasm for this former fisherman's cottage, which has been completely redesigned with your comfort in mind. The work, entrusted to architect Bachmann Associés, has resulted in a place that's sleek, chic and modern, without losing any of its warmth. With ultra-comfortable armchairs and antiques, you'll feel right at home. Each menu is created with the team according to their inspiration and the seasons, with particular attention paid to fresh produce and short supply chains. Enjoy a revisited egg mayonnaise, Breton fish with vegetables from the neighboring market gardener and a tasty sauce, or an XXL profiterole topped with homemade ice cream, chocolate and homemade whipped cream. The real highlight of the week is Sunday: chicken and French fries from the farm served whole with caramelized onions, home fries and fresh salad. A signature moment of sharing. Generous, gourmet and creative dishes: that's what makes Manon tick. The little extra: the terrace with a breathtaking view of the Rance at sunset. A place to follow on social networks: Instagram (@bistro_de_la_greve) and Facebook (Bistro-de-la-grève).
