Going to a bouillon restaurant when you’re in one of the country’s most chic and affluent resorts feels a bit subversive—and that’s exactly why we go there. Nothing new under the sun, but a perfectly respectable bouillon that knows how to do the classics right, without resorting to gimmicks or taking the easy way out. It’s tasty and affordable, with dishes to enjoy on the go between walks on the beach: eggs with mayonnaise, leeks with vinaigrette, ham-and-truffle coquillettes, beef bourguignon, hachis parmentier, fish & chips, and chocolate mousse. A lively atmosphere.
