There are now countless Breizh Café locations in Paris, but we still recommend them for their consistently impressive sourcing and high-quality standards, which more than justify their excellent reputation. The concept remains the same: delicious classic and signature buckwheat galettes—such as those with raclette cheese and grilled bacon, or Guéméné andouille sausage and onion confit—as well as Breizh rolls with lobster, avocado, celery, and apple, miso and yuzu sauce, the galette with sausage, a crêpe with salted butter caramel, or one with chestnut cream.
