The concept remains the same: delicious classic and signature buckwheat galettes—such as those with raclette cheese and grilled bacon, or Guéméné andouille sausage and onion confit—as well as Breizh rolls with lobster, avocado, celery, and apple, miso and yuzu sauce, the galette with sausage, a crêpe with salted butter caramel, or one with chestnut cream.
