Today’s bistro on Parmentier Avenue, serving small plates featuring fresh market ingredients in the right spirit, and now attracting a large clientele. It’s the perfect spot to meet up with friends for lunch in a spirit of sharing, and to enjoy some expertly prepared dishes: squid, teriyaki, rhubarb and bell pepper ketchup, ‘nduja-stuffed Scotch egg, smoked paprika mayonnaise, tuna crudo with cherry tomatoes, celery, and lovage, and a peach pavlova with strawberry coulis.
