In the heart of the Vercors mountains, this former XIXᵉ century café is a choice stopover, with its handsome 1867 building and beautiful 1912 interior frescoes of authentic historic charm. Also offering bed and breakfast, the house has quickly become, under the direction of Thomas and Valentine, a safe bet for travelers, who find as much simplicity as elegance, right down to Thomas's beautiful plates, ideas about the market full of evidence and truth. The €38 menu is an opportunity to enjoy well-crafted, well-executed dishes, accompanied by Valentine's fine selection of wines from the cellar. A warm welcome.
