This is the stronghold of the Maison Chavant, where the family adventure began in 1852, before opening its other addresses in Voiron and Grenoble. Here you'll find the bourgeois splendor of this institution, with its beautiful rooms, meticulous service and Fabien Capogna's plates. Fabien Capogna works with short circuits and seasonal produce, offering two hidden menus at €75 and €105, as well as a lobster menu at €160. Business menu at €49.
