Gault&Millau's review 2026

A delightful bistronomy spot on Rue Trousseau, run by Emmanuel Sudres and Thomas Collin, both of whom bring a wealth of experience from Parisian restaurants to the table. The result is a beautiful take on contemporary cuisine: a dish featuring peas, coffee foam, and pickles; hake with roasted bell peppers and carrot chips; and crispy octopus with apricot and bonito, and an almond cookie with pistachio praline and raspberry mousse. Tasting menu for €68 and lunch menu for €30.
