The former Bœuf Maillot on the Menut (Grande Cascade, Bœuf Maillot…) is still going strong under this new name, as welcoming as ever with its terrace and checkered tablecloths, and a true representation of Parisian bistros with its menu featuring specialties written in red ink. There’s something for everyone, from egg salad to pâté en croûte, from zucchini carpaccio with fresh goat cheese and basil to gravlax salmon, all the way to mussels marinière, 5A andouillette, sausage and mashed potatoes, chocolate mousse, or pavlova.
