Located on the outskirts of Valence, the Chez Sem brasserie invites you to discover a traditional cuisine, entirely homemade, which draws on the Turkish origins of Chef Semra Aktas and is enriched by Mediterranean influences. A cuisine of flavors, "to savor life", concocted with creativity by a chef who doesn't hesitate to greet her customers, an indirect tribute to the "happy tables" of her childhood. At lunchtime, the house offers a menu (choice of 2 starters, 2 main courses and 2 desserts) plus a selection of burgers, salads and grilled meats - grilled to perfection on a cast-iron grill over a lava stone. In the evenings, the menu - with homemade foie gras, spiced beef tartar, shrimp ceviche, whole fish and specialties, stuffed eggplant, hünkar begendi, lamb mouse and Moroccan tajine (served as individual dishes) - completes the house palette. Not to be missed: festive events around emblematic dishes for a great moment of conviviality, in a chic, bright setting.
