Born into a family of Corsican restaurateurs, Antoine Paderi grew up in this environment. After gaining experience in France, Switzerland and Australia, he opened Choupette in 2024. He is responsible for service and reception at this friendly neighborhood restaurant. Here you can enjoy excellent home-cooked French brunches, prepared by a chef using local, short-distance produce. Three organic farm eggs, scrambled, fried or soft-boiled, are served with a grilled cheese with Morbier AOP and a soup. Depending on the season, you can also opt for chanterelle or broccoli cream toast, a vegetarian burger with beet steak, truffle croque or savory pancakes. Sweet treats include brioche perdue, fondant and various pastries. As for drinks, the Maison is famous for its matcha and hot chocolate. Corsican wines are also on the menu. Regulars know this little establishment well, and often queue up at weekends for a table! Follow on Instagram: @choupette_brunch.
