Alix de Montille opened this warm and welcoming restaurant where guests feel right at home. The menu changes with the seasons and her inspiration, offering a delightful take on Burgundian tradition. On the menu that day: pork terrine, parsley-crusted ham, asparagus tips from the Landes region, free-range chicken with morel mushrooms and gratin dauphinois, Grandma Suzanne’s rice pudding, and salted butter caramel.
