On the edge of Malo’s vast beach, a welcoming restaurant—where good cheer and professionalism go hand in hand—run by Pierre Neuville. The menu is extensive, offering just the right balance of tradition and modern trends to suit everyone’s tastes: haddock tartare with a mint-lemon reduction, Licques chicken tenderloin with chorizo, beef tataki with soy sauce, banana split—not to mention the daily specials, such as veal sweetbreads with Armagnac or Simmental ribeye.
