Take the Piolenc exit on the A7 freeway, or the N7 between Orange and Bollène, for easy access to this pretty haven of peace built a century ago. It was here that Léo Ricard decided to create an ode to traditional French gastronomy. In his semi-open kitchen, Chef Thierry Frebout, who trained with some of the great names in French gastronomy, sublimates the delicacies of the Vaucluse region, if possible organically grown, onto simple but generous plates. Passionate about wine and food pairing, the chef has designed a menu of fine organic or biodynamic nectars from the region, which he will suggest according to your tasting preferences. The daily reinvented menu includes two starters, two main courses and two desserts, with a vegetarian option available on request. Every week, we organize musical evenings indoors or outdoors in the shade of the bicentennial plane trees or on the patio, during which you can enjoy tapas, beers and house cocktails.
