Mediterranean cuisine with Italian influences by Chef Paolo Minelli, served in a superb setting on the prestigious Rue d'Anjou. The contemporary, trendy style shines through on the plate: sea bream carpaccio, Provençal-style calamari, chorizo and Sardinian fregola, flame-grilled octopus with caponata, veal saltimbocca with eggplant caviar… With the seasonal tartlet (raspberry, rhubarb, and almond the other day), the bill comes in under €100 for the EPD menu.
