Gault&Millau's review2026
The sign has been sold and the famous bistro has kept its name, which is a reassurance for visitors, even if the offer no longer has much in common with the past. Opposite the Halles, you'll find a classic bistro repertoire of its time, with a mix of local, Italian and trendy recipes: pâté en croûte, persillé, lobster salad, risotto, andouillette 5A, snacked trout with herb vinaigrette, beef cheek à la bourguignonne, panna cotta pain d'épice, rice pudding with Anis de Flavigny. Efficient, dynamic service.
