Barely off the beaten track, this is a practical, regular restaurant where regulars don't miss out on the €22 lunch menu, and come back in the evening with their families to sample a well-executed menu that's not too expensive either, with well-established classics and sound technique: soft-boiled egg fricassee with oyster mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms, scallops with sweet potato purée, salsify and citrus emulsion, piglet mignon with Iberian chorizo, and pumpkin declension. The same wisdom applies to desserts, with tangerine tart or dark chocolate moelleux with buckwheat honey.
